Model 548 Table Lamp

Model 548 Table Lamp by Fino Sarfatti for Astep. Originally designed in 1951 Model 548 provides reflected and diffused light thanks to the adjustable spotlight that is directed upward towards a reflecting screen. The generously sized diffuser provides a highly sophisticated light effect and is a key part of the illusion and play of perception. Model 548 features a small brass bar at the base which acts as a counterweight to beautifully balance the individual elements that make up Model 548. Model 548 is available with a dark burnished or polished brass stem with shades available in orange, blue and grey.
