Bibendum Chair 100 Years Ltd Edition

Limited centenary edition Bibendum chair designed by Eileen Gray in 1926. Composed of stacked cylindrical cushions with a generous upholstered seat supported by a tubular steel base, the Bibendum balances physical comfort with clear expression of structure. Upholstered in Sørensen Duet nubuck gold leather chosen for its depth, softness and ability to develop a subtle patina over time. Nickel-finished steel base echoes the tone and lustre of early versions. Each chair individually stamped with its edition number.
