In the early 1940s, renowned designers Charles and Ray Eames embarked on a journey of experimentation to perfect their plywood molding techniques. This endeavor bore fruit in the creation of two exceptional objects, boasting biomorphic shapes reminiscent of Ray's exquisite artwork and graphics. The Eameses suspended these mobiles from the ceilings of their Los Angeles apartment, infusing their living space with a sense of dynamic charm. ach Plywood Mobile comprises two abstract, organically shaped plywood elements gracefully revolving around one another, effortlessly dancing in the air.
