Description
Tiger Cat Figurine by Aldo Londi for Bitossi Ceramiche. Originally produced in 1966–1967 and reissued in 2019 in a limited amount of pieces Tiger Cat is entirely handmade by highly skilled artisans. Moulded form in white clay. Safari decoration applied with wax-resist technique on white glaze. Part of the Riedizioni collection which recreates Aldo Londi’s ceramic works from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s which are preserved in the Bitossi Museum Archive. Produced in limited editions, each piece bears the original inventory number on its base, along with the name of the historic brand “Cav. G. Bitossi & Figli.” Please contact the store for more information.
