Sibast No 9 Chair

The Sibast No 9 dining chair designed by Helger Sibast in 1953 epitomises light and elegant Danish style. The chair combines the hovering seat and the distinctive inverted 'Y' shaped leg of the No 8 chair with the enveloping curved backrest of the No 7 chair to create its own satisfying identity. This finely-crafted, light and functional chair has been out of production for more than five decades but now joins the Sibast Collection, adding to the story of a furniture designer who fine-tuned both craftsmanship and style to create the best chair every time.
