Description

Pipistrello Med 620 Table Lamp by Gae Aulenti for Martinelli Luce. Designed in 1965, Pipistrello is an enduring icon of Italian design. Recognisable by its telescopic stainless-steel stem and distinctive opaline-methacrylate diffuser which is reminiscent of a bat’s wings. Adjustable in height (50–62?cm), the Pipistrello Med offers warm, diffused LED light with dimmable controls embedded in its plug. Pipistrello is a piece of design heritage, featured in permanent collections at MoMA, Centre Pompidou and The Met. Available here in white or brown.
