Description

Lady 2 Seat Sofa by Marco Zanuso for Cassina. This is the sofa version of the Lady armchair which can be seen below. Originally designed in 1951 Lady was presented at the 9th Triennale of Milan – where it won the gold medal and became an icon of Italian design through its modern construction. Sofa with internal seat and backrest steel frame with poplar plywood armrests. Padding in CFC-free polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. Seat, backrest and armrests in differentiated densities according to the support required by the pressure exerted by the body. Steel bases in matt basalt finish and brass chrome. The Tartan upholstery is Cassina's iconic edition fabric. More upholstery and leg finishes are available - please contact the store for more info.
