Description
The Essay table by Cecilie Manz from Fritz Hansen has been adjusted in size for 2022 to allow a wider variety of chairs to fit the table. The overall lengths have been altered and the leg positioning has been improved.
- For the CM21, the distance between the legs is 129cm with an overhang of 36cm at each end - this allows two chairs to be accommodated comfortably on each side and one at each end.
- For the CM27, the distance between the legs is 135cm with an overhang of 60cm at each end - this allows four chairs to be accommodated comfortably on each side.
- For the CM31, the distance between the legs is 190cm with an overhang of 55cm at each end - this allows five chairs to be accommodated comfortably on each side.
Oak with a natural or white pigmented oiled finish. Black laminate extensions are also available to order separately.

Maintain oiled wood surfaces and prevent drying with specialist wood oil, an abrasive sponge and a lintfree cloth. Oil penetrates the grain of the wood, lifting away dirt and creating a water-repellent coating with a smooth, matte surface. We recommend treating furniture twice upon purchase followed by 3-4 annual treatments.
