Description

Charles & Ray Eames Plastic Stool RE - High. In collaboration with the Eames Office, Vitra has launched stool versions of the classic Eames shell chairs - medium height ideally suited to kitchen counters, and high for bars and standing tables. The base is a variation of the classic DSX four-legged base, in chrome or powder-coated basic dark, ergonomically adapted slightly for the higher seating position with a footrest to ensure added comfort.

Eames plastic seat shells are manufactured by Vitra from post-consumer recycled plastic. Due to the composition of the recycled material, the different colour variations of the seat shells are interspersed with tiny specks of pigment.

Steel 'X' leg base with footrest, chromed or powder coated basic dark, with felt glides for hard floors. Contact the store for nylon glides for carpet.
