The Eames House Whale from Vitra. Like the Eames House Bird, the Whale originates from Charles and Ray Eames' extensive collection of North American folk art, and other objects found on their travels, in the Eames House in Pacific Palisades, California. This is a smaller reproduction of the two-metre version in the House which is hand-painted on solid ash wood.
