Description

The Ant chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen - so named because its outline is reminiscent of an ant with its head raised - was designed in 1952. The chair is made from nine layers of pressure moulded veneer and its elegant shape disguises its remarkable strength and comfort. A new colour palette released in 2020 as a collaboration with Carla Sozzani along with new leg finishes make the Ant chair a playful match for any interior. A three-leg version is also available to order - contact the store.
