Description
Eileen Gray Tube Light designed in 1927. The simple aesthetics of the Tube lamp focus on pure functionality - the linear light source is the essence of the piece, creating an atmospherically wide spread of light. Now supplied with an LED bulb to conform to modern standards and this allows for the use of a dimmer - a short press of the switch for on and off, a long press to dim down or up. Aram Designs Ltd. holds the Worldwide licence for Eileen Gray's designs.

ClassiCon has released new colours of the famous Eileen Gray Roattino Floor Lamp and Tube light. Presented at the Milan design fair 2022, the Roattino is now available in white and the Tube light in black. Aram holds the worldwide head license for Eileen Gray designs, and is the only UK source for the authentic products.

Since the original design by Eileen Gray in 1931 the Roattino floor lamp has only been available with a black stem and white parchment paper lampshade. Available now is an all white version which can be seen to the left.

Tube Light

Originally designed in 1927 Eileen Gray's Tube Light was added to numerous design museum collections around the world as a design classic. This iconic piece has only been available in a plated chrome finish until now. Now available in a matt black finish, with dimmable LED light source, which can be seen in the adjacent image.
