This is a 'perch' - sitting whilst standing - employing a handmade Brooks leather bicycle seat and a cast iron hemispherical balancing base. The saddle height can be adjusted in the pink enamelled stem with a thumb-screw. Designed in 1957 for the Triennale at Villa Olmo.
