Description

Sibast AV Egoist Chaise Longue designed by Arne Vodder in 1951. Few were made when this chaise longue was first designed but it was Vodder's favorite piece. Along with Vodder's son Michael, Ditlev Sibast uncovered the original hand drawings in Vodder's archive and has revived an icon of mid-century Danish design heritage. On a frame of FSC-certified oak or walnut, Sørensen leather in natural, black or brandy is woven to provide the seat; a matching cushion supports the head. The chaise longue can be ordered with or without a matching side table on a stem of polished brass.
