Marius&Marius Armchair

The Marius&Marius Armchair, designed by Mario Marenco for Arflex in 1970, is an iconic example of Italian design that combines generous comfort with a distinctive, playful character. Reintroduced by Arflex, the armchair retains the original design’s soft, rounded forms and enveloping proportions, creating an inviting seat with an unmistakable sculptural presence. The generously padded backrest and armrests wrap around the sitter, creating a cosy and supportive environment. The structure combines metal and birch plywood with shaped polyurethane foam and elastic strap suspension, balancing durability with a relaxed, comfortable feel.
