Description
The tea essence infuser designed by Marianne Brandt in 1924 - like her famous teapot - adheres to Bauhaus principles. The pure form of a hemisphere sits on a cruciform base, the lid is a perfect circle and the handle a semicircle. The tea is held in a strainer that can removed once perfectly brewed. Silver plated brass and black lacquered wood.
