Gordon Ramsay holdings wanted to create a high quality dining experience for the busy travellers passing through Terminal 5 as an alternative to the fast food and lower quality options normally available. This needed to be reflected in the furniture and fittings where the quality of designs, ease of maintenance and the ability to meet the strict airside regulations and logistics requirements were key. Aram was able to meet all of this and the results have been very successful for Gordon Ramsay.
