Following on from the Stratford Loft apartments we furnished in 2018 within Manhattan Loft Gardens, we were then approached to work with their in-house design team on the Penthouse Apartment sat atop the tower. Fitting out this three bedroom, duplex property located on the 40th floor was a daunting challenge, logistically. But we love a challenge and it was a real compliment to be asked to play a further role in the development of this magnificent, double cantilevered skyscraper towering over east London.

This unique space offering floor-to-ceiling views of the London skyline called for a rarefied furniture specification including many sizable, high-value pieces. Talks were initially had of employing a hoist from the roof to bring these particular items up and in to the space externally, but then abandoned - to the relief of the team! This did of course mean that certain items had to be manually transported up the stairwells of this 40 storey building but as with a similar demand on the Stratford Lofts we furnished, our experienced and professional install team executed the job with aplomb.

The result is stunning and we can’t help but feel envious of anyone who has the opportunity to live all the way up there!
