ARCHITECT: CHRIS BAGOT ARCHITECTS
LOCATION: LONDON
PROJECT COMPLETED: 2025

74 Charlotte Street is a restaurant in London, a project in collaboration with Chris Bagot Architects and completed in 2025. The specification focused on comfort, durability, and timeless design across the restaurant and bar areas.

The interior is defined by a warm, natural material palette, creating a space that feels both welcoming and refined. Light oak and soft finishes contribute to a cohesive environment designed to support both everyday dining and more social occasions. Seating included the CH33P Chair by Carl Hansen & Søn, upholstered in Loke 7050 caramel leather. The chair’s considered proportions and ergonomic profile make it well-suited to extended seating, while the use of natural materials aligns with the overall interior palette. Carl Hansen pieces have been specified across several comparable hospitality projects and have demonstrated strong long-term performance, informing their selection here.

As with many restaurant projects, programme and budget constraints required careful coordination. Lead times and delivery were managed to align with the wider project schedule, ensuring installation was completed efficiently and in line with opening requirements. The project reflects a considered approach to hospitality interiors, where comfort, material quality, and reliable specification are key to delivering a cohesive and enduring result.
