By skillfully adjusting the warp and weft, artisans create visual textures and rhythms that form an elegantly imperfect wavy pattern. These subtle irregularities add depth and character, inviting the eye to appreciate the beauty found in imperfection. The use of two contrasting colours further enhances the visibility of these nuances, highlighting the rug’s unique personality. Made from 100% New Zealand Wool which is renowned for being among the whitest, purest, and most natural wools in the world, New Zealand wool derives its exceptional softness from high-altitude grazing and rich vegetation. All wool is ethically sourced and cruelty-free. Manually woven on vertical or horizontal looms, these rugs combine the intersection of weft and warp to produce thin, knot-free rugs with geometric motifs. Despite their lightness, they are dense, durable, and long-lasting.
