One Heddon Street is part of The Crown Estate’s property portfolio, and is their first flexible workspace. Barr Gazetas’ design has achieved a new standard in flexible workspace offering a creative and vibrant environment for flexible working in the heart of the West End. Barr Gazetas and The Crown Estate have developed One Heddon Street to foster creativity in an elegant and calm environment: a unique workplace with wellness at its heart. The development will be the world’s first WELL-accredited flexible office space, targeting Gold certification.

A range of working styles are catered for across the office floors, and Aram Contracts was appointed to the project team to provide insight and expertise in specifying and procuring the desking and loose furniture for these. It is an excellent workspace, and we are proud to have played a part in achieving this result.
