National Portrait Gallery
FURNITURE CONSULTANCY / DELIVERY
ARCHITECT: DIXON JONES
LOCATION: LONDON
PROJECT COMPLETED: 2000
The new Ondaatje wing created by Dixon Jones 'borrowed' some property from the National Gallery next door. This allowed for an expanded display area, as well as a learning/library space and a new roof top restaurant overlooking Trafalgar Square. Aram Contracts helped specify timeless high quality designs to perfectly complement the historic context while also giving a modern feel.
