Aram were appointed to supply loose furniture, fixtures and lighting for the FOH area and residents lounge within the Windlass Apartments development at the start of 2021. This new BTR site, located in North London for leading residential developer Grainger PLC, offers 108 apartments with easy access into central London plus all professional onsite services provided with the needs of modern day renters in mind.

Allies and Morrison designed the interior scheme and put together the FF+E specification which we then brought together for Grainger by hosting a sample session here at our vast, central London showroom coupled with an exhaustive tour around the furniture brand hub of Clerkenwell.

Aram then took care of procurement of the finalised schedule of FF+E and provided a full delivery and installation service, including the specialist hanging of a decorative curtain and selection of artwork throughout the FOH co-working space.

It was a pleasure to work with Allies and Morrison and Grainger on this project and we are really happy with the results. We are now currently working on another site for Grainger and look forward to developing this working relationship.
