We are happy to share a completed workplace project at Capital Tower in Waterloo, delivered in collaboration with Paola Leon Design. The project focused on the reception, lobby, and meeting areas, with Paola Leon Design approaching the scheme with a clear visual direction from the outset. Our team supported the specification of a considered furniture package that closely reflected the studio’s mood board and material language.

The furniture selection brought together a mix of sculptural tables and upholstered seating to create a layered and cohesive material palette across the space. Key pieces included the TS Coffee Table from Gubi and the Harbour Column Dining Table from Audo, both specified in natural materials such as travertine and marble. Seating was selected with comfort and visual consistency in mind, incorporating the Violin and Masculo chairs from Gubi, complemented by the Herman Bar Chair from Ferm Living, contributing to a calm and considered workplace environment.

While the initial delivery target was eight weeks, unforeseen delays meant timelines shifted, resulting in a tight turnaround. This was managed through careful coordination and the selection of finishes aligned with both the design intent and revised lead times. Throughout the process, we worked closely with Paola Leon Design, spending time together in our showroom reviewing finishes and material options to ensure the final selections remained true to the original vision.
