Stedelijk Dining Chair by Sabine Marcelis for BD Barcelona. This is the original Stedelijk chair which has been developed into a version with different colours which can be seen below. Made wholly from welded aluminium which has been brush finished with teflon and then varnished. This is the first chair designed by the Dutch designer and the focus lies on pure form and materiality resulting in a versatile yet bold chair, perfectly balancing sturdiness and sophistication.
