Rumee 220 Portable Lamp by Gabriel Tan for Louis Poulsen. Rumee is a sculptural and portable lighting piece inspired by the gentle, undulating curves of a wide-brimmed hat. Its ergonomically shaped body ensures comfort and ease when carried from place to place. Its name playfully blends the Danish word “rum”, meaning space or room, with “me,” and echoes “roomie”, the informal term for roommate. Equipped with a dimmable LED and integrated diffuser, Rumee delivers glare-free, high-quality light ideal for close-up tasks or ambient settings. The slightly tilted head directs light both downward and forward, providing a broad beam and a soft 360 degree glow. Rumee is suitable for outdoor use and has three intensity levels: 100% power offering 5 hours of light per charge, 15 hours at 33% and 46 hours at 10%. Please contact the store for more information.
