Rooted in expert craftsmanship and the timeless art of Persian weaving, this collection is created using hand-spun Afghan wool and the traditional Persian knot technique. The result is a fabric enriched with a refined, tactile texture that feels beautifully delicate to the touch. Made from 100% hand-spun Afghan wool sourced from sheep grazing in the high mountains of Afghanistan, this naturally wavy wool is exceptionally strong with a slightly rugged feel. Its curled fibers and the natural irregularity of the yarn give each rug a uniquely aged, characterful appearance when woven. Each piece is woven on a vertical loom, where every strand is securely tied to the warp using asymmetrical Persian knots.
