Founded in 1967, Gubi is renowned for reinvigorating overlooked Mid Century Modern design icons whilst also collaborating with contemporary designers. Gubi produces high quality furniture using innovative manufacturing techniques such as the popular Beetle dining chair by GamFratesi. The resulting collection is an eclectic mix that fuses both the past and the future. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Gubi employs more than 100 people internationally, and collaborates with specialist manufacturers across the globe, sharing its collection with modern-design aficionados via retail partners around the world.

Gubi has been producing the Bestlite range since acquiring the global rights in 2004 - the icon of British design created by Robert Dudley Best in 1930.
