Limited edition bar trolley designed for USM's MIX IT range by New York mixologists.
Acclaimed drinks writer and Fort Defiance owner St. John Frizell was inspired by the "Baker Bar-ette", an early bar cart introduced and marketed during the Prohibition by one of his heroes, the early 20th century food writer and adventurer Charles H. Baker. Though no photos of the elusive "Baker Bar-ette" are known to exist, Frizell channeled Baker while creating his design – a sophisticated Steel Blue cart that balances practical features with unexpected details, such as perforated shelving to chill glassware. Frizell’s signature drink, Remember the Maine, is also a classic from the Baker Jr. archives, featuring rye whiskey, vermouth, cherry heering and pernod.
