About this designer: Guido Rosati

After studying architecture Guido dedicated himself to the world of design, experimenting in his studio in Rome with the techniques for designing polifunctional furniture. In the 70s and 80s he created lamps for Fontana Arte, Ve Art, I Tre, Murano Due, Luxo. In the meantime he also designed sofas for Giovannetti, Uvet, Poltronova, Sofart, Arflex, receiving prestigious acknowledgment. In recent years he has collaborated with important furnishing companies such as BPA, Flexform, Desiree, Biesse and Saba.

Flexform entered the world of products made and designed in Italy just when the extraordinarily innovative cultural era of Italian Design was dawning. It did so in 1970 with a collection of items by great names such as Joe Colombo, Cono Boeri, Sergio Asti and Rodolfo Bonetto.
