1. PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required for items ordered, with the remainder due 7 days prior to delivery.
2. CANCELLATION
a. Cancellations and alterations to customer orders can only be accepted in writing within 7 calendar days of the date of order.
b. Cancellation of stock items is at management discretion but a repackaging and collection charge may be made.
3. DELIVERY
a. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver within the period quoted, Aram Designs cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond the company's control.
b. Any claim regarding damaged, defective or missing goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt.
c. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items purchased will fit within their premises. Whilst our delivery staff will try to deliver to the required location, we only undertake to deliver to a ground floor entrance. All reasonable care and attention will be taken but we cannot be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of moving items within customers' premises.
4. CARRIAGE AND INSTALLATION CHARGES
A delivery and/or installation charge will apply to all deliveries. The amount charged will vary dependant on the destination of delivery and complexity of installation.
5. STORAGE
If a customer cannot collect or accept delivery by the agreed date, storage will be undertaken free of charge for a further 2 weeks. After this period a competitive storage charge will be made.
6. COLOUR MATCHING
Please note that precise colour matching of material used in the manufacture of goods cannot be guaranteed, particularly in respect of natural materials such as wood, stone, rattan, leather and fabrics in their natural state. In the case of leather, surface marks caused by scars, wrinkles and grain variation are evidence of genuine leather and cannot be considered as faults.
